It is confirmed in the attached letter (Link) that the operational area of BNT Chemicals is subject to the German Federal Immission Control Act (BImSchG) and has been designated as belonging to the lower tier.

The most recent on-site inspection pursuant to §17 (2) of the 12th Federal Immission Control Ordinance (12. BImSchV) at BNT Chemicals GmbH took place on September 9, 2025.
